We are off to Norfolk
Bags are packed ready for another brilliant birdwatching trip to one of our favourite destinations, Norfolk. We will be based mid way along the north Norfolk coast, perfect to be within easy reach of the best birding sites. Our lovely house overlooks the marshes so we can birdwatch from the window, what will we add to the list of window birds this time? With a whole week to explore the amazing bird filled sites we will be sure to see a lot of birds. Not just a long list of species but huge numbers of individual birds with masses of wild geese, wildfowl and waders.
Raptors should be a feature of the week too, we are looking forward to seeing plenty of both Marsh and Hen Harriers, Merlin, Peregrine, Red Kite and with luck Rough-legged Buzzard. We also hope to catch up with Corn Buntings, Bearded Tits, Lapland Bunting and perhaps track down a Shore Lark.
Hope you have enjoyed these images from our previous guided birdwatching trips in Norfolk? If you would like to join us on a future trip just drop us a line for details of our forth coming trips
