12th FebruaryA long, hot and uncomfortable driving day as we bounced for many hours along the rough roads heading for the Sannetti Plateau.  But still we picked up a handful of new birds along the way such as Cape Eagle Owl, Rouget’s Rail, Chestnut-naped Spurfowl, Red-billed Chough,Golden Eagle, and re-newed encounters with Bluewinged Goose, Abyssinian Longclaw and Spot-breasted Lapwing.
