26th September.
A different patch of forest this morning, and this time one with a trail, albeit not well used.  Access into the middle of the forest gave us Red-faced Crimsonwing, Cameroon Scrub-Warbler and further views of the Bar-tailed Trogon.  Making our way out of the wood, we watched a pair of White-headed Sawwings and Horus Swifts feeding overhead.
